Refund Policy

Digital licenses are generally non-refundable once delivered.

If a product is undeliverable due to our fault, contact support within 24 hours of purchase for a resolution.

Chargebacks without contacting support may result in a permanent ban.

Partial refunds may be issued at staff discretion for extended outages.
